La Brasserie
DESEVEAUX est une brasserie
familiale qui se situe dans la commune de Boussu dans la province du
Hainaut. Nos bières de fermentation haute sont brassées à partir d’ingrédients
naturels et refermentées dans la pure tradition des bières artisanales.
Nous remettons à l’honneur des céréales ou
graines ancestrales comme l’avoine
et le sarrasin. Ces ingrédients ont
été choisis pour leur originalité, leurs qualités gustatives et la durabilité
de leur production. L’eau de brassage puisée au cœur de la Vallée du Hanneton donne à nos bières un caractère unique.
De
Brasserie DESEVEAUX is een familiale brouwerij die zich bevindt in
de gemeente Boussu in de provincie Henegouwen. Onze bieren van hoge gisting
zijn op basis van natuurlijke ingrediënten gebrouwen en volgens de traditie van
ambachtelijk bier met nagisting.
Wij
herstellen voorouderlijke granen zoals haver
en boekweit terug in ere. De
ingrediënten zijn gekozen voor hun originaliteit, hun smaak en de duurzaamheid
van hun productie.
Het
brouwwater dat in het hart van de Vallée du Hanneton wordt geput, geeft
aan onze bieren een uniek karakter.

Our ale beers are brewed using only natural ingredients and are refermented in the pure tradition of the artisanal beers for which Belgium is famous. Among these natural ingredients,we would particularly highlight traditional cereals and grains such as oats and buckwheat. These ingredients have been selected for their originality, tastiness, and the sustainability of their production. The water used in the brewing process, which gives our beers their unique character, is sourced in the heart of the Hanneton valley.
